Reports are mailed to your Farm Areas every 60 days. Postcards, like Just Listed / Just Sold, Holiday, and Current Market, are available to send out in between Report mailings.

No. Agents must mail reports at least every 60 days to allow for consistent reinforcement of your brand to homeowners, which drives leads.

No. There is never an upfront set-up fee to get started with our Target Farming Report Campaign.

Yes. Successful farming requires consistency, so we require a six-mailing (one year) commitment for our target Farming Report Campaign. Due to the success of our program, many of our agents have been mailing reports for more than seven years.

Yes. Since we do not charge a set-up fee of any kind, agents cancelling the Campaign before their third mailing will be charged a $600 cancellation fee. Agents cancelling prior to their sixth mailing will be charged a $300 cancellation fee.

Yes. There is a 300-Report minimum. This can be made up of any number of different Farm Areas.

Yes, you can remove any homeowners from your mailing list that you would not like to receive your Reports, as long as you include a minimum of 85% of your qualified homeowners.

Yes. We can even divide billing accordingly.

Separate from the cost for each printed Target Farming Report, the monthly fee covers the management of your Campaign, including maintenance and merging of MLS and Tax Roll Data, property search websites for each Report, and the preparation of each new Report.

No. Regardless of how many Farm Areas to which you mail your Target Farming Reports, there is only one monthly fee to prepare all of your reports.

Once you’ve selected and locked in your Farm Areas for the Target Farming Report Campaign, those areas become your exclusive territory. Your chosen neighborhoods are reserved for you alone, meaning no other RSP USA customer can mail Target Farming Reports there while your Campaign is active, and they’ll be marked as unavailable for other agents in our system.

Yes. Our Home Value Estimate QR Code is available for free on Target Farming Reports and postcards. It generates hot leads and instant alerts by prompting homeowners to see an estimate of their home's value on MyHomeEst.com. In disclosure states, an estimate of the home is provided (when available). In non-disclosure states, the website directs the homeowner to contact the you, the mailing agent, for an estimate. MyHomeEst.com presents the estimate, your contact information, list or sale price trends (when available), a map of active and sold listings, and more. The first time a homeowner visits MyHomeEst.com, you'll receive an email in real time with all available contact information for that homeowner. Additionally, our free Fast Track Follow-Up postcard sequence will begin automatically for every lead.

Yes. If customers have the free lead-generating Home Value Estimate QR Code feature on their Target Farming Reports and postcards, our free Fast Track Follow-Up postcard sequence begins automatically for every lead.

Yes, volume discounts are available for the following quantities: 500-999 (2¢ off), 1,000-4,999 (4¢ off), 5000+ (6¢ off). Volume discounts apply to the total quantity of Reports in a single checkout session.

Absolutely! Customers mailing Target Farming Reports enjoy special savings of 5¢/piece off most postcard products, including Just Listed / Just Sold, Holiday, Current Market, and more. This farming discount does not apply to self-addressed postcards (Blanks) or the Fast Track Follow-Up service.

Agents are billed by credit card for all Target Farming Reports prior to printing and mailing. Monthly program fees are billed on or about the same day each month.

The U.S. Postal Service averages 10 to 15 business days for Standard Class and five to seven business days for First-Class Presort. We automatically mail reports Standard Class, but you may request an upgrade to First-Class for an additional charge.

Yes, we offer Reports for disclosure and non-disclosure states.

With regard to sales tax, the amount of tax charged on your order depends on many factors including the following:
  1. The billing or shipping address of your order.
  2. The type of item or service purchased.
Factors can change between the time you place an order and when your shipment is complete. As a result, the tax we collect is an "estimation" to be collected at Check Out when confirming an order. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state or if your billing address is associated with a state applicable to tax.
